REPLACEMENT OF CANINE (CUSPID) WITH INHEX AND BIO-CAM ABUTMENT
30-year old patient with agenesis of upper right canine (cuspid) that was replaced with a prosthesis following orthodontic treatment by placing a Ticare Inhex implant. Following the osseointegration period, remodelling of the soft tissue with a temporary screw-retained crown was commenced to restore the lost gingival architecture. Once the tissue was stable, an impression was taken with a customised impression abutment and the permanent screw-retained crown with Bio-CAM milled cobalt-chrome abutment and porcelain veneer was fabricated.
